What we collect

What you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the vehicle or equipment you want detailed, the service you are interested in, where it is parked, and anything else you type into our quote form or send us by text, call or email.

Booking and payment: appointments are booked and paid through Square Appointments. Square collects the booking and payment details under its own privacy policy; we see the appointment, your contact details and the service, never your full card number.

Website analytics: this site uses Google Analytics and Google Ads tags, which set cookies and collect standard usage data (pages viewed, device, approximate location) so we can see how people find us. You can block cookies in your browser settings.

How we use it

To answer your quote request, price the job, offer appointment times, confirm, remind, reschedule or cancel appointments, answer your questions, keep the business records the law requires (invoices, tax records), and improve our website. We do not use your information for anything unrelated to your detailing service.

Some of our text and web-form replies are drafted by an automated assistant that we supervise. A person is always reachable at (385) 437-9510.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

How you opt in: you agree to receive text messages from us when you text our business number first, or when you enter your mobile number on our quote form and check the box agreeing to receive texts about your quote and appointment. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service.

What we send: replies to your quote request, prices from our service menu, available appointment times, booking confirmations, reminders and changes, and answers to your questions. We do not send promotional blasts. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.

Opting out and help: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts; you will get one confirmation message and nothing further. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP for help, or call (385) 437-9510.

No sharing of numbers or consent: Mobile phone numbers and SMS consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that help us run the business, and only for that purpose: Square (booking and payments), our text-messaging provider (Twilio), our website host and form processor (Netlify), Google (analytics and ads measurement), and our email provider. Each of them is limited to using your information to provide their service to us. We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep quote requests, conversations and appointment records for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our record-keeping and tax obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your choices

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to correct or delete your information by emailing CRMobileAutoDetailing@gmail.com or calling (385) 437-9510; we will honor your request unless we are required to keep a record (for example, an invoice).

Children

Our services and website are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
